Labyrinth Ball
« on: April 28, 2016, 11:56:56 PM »
The Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta is supposedly going to host a Labyrinth themed costume ball Thursday Sept. 1st. If so I may have to bail on you all early. I really hope this is for real.  ;D ;D ;D

you know, at the closing ceremonies last year, one of the con staff promised a masked ball for this year; i wonder if maybe they decided to collaborate with the CPA folks on it?

I'd be happy with this. It's been awhile since we had a masked ball. This would be perfect.

Wow. I will have to look into this. As much as I'd like to attend $125 is ridiculous.

you have some time to think about it; tix go on sale 5/21, and there will be a limited number just based on the size of the venue.

I think at $125 a ticket, and off site, nah. Very cool idea, but cost is exorbitant and there are just too many competing free and awesome things that go on at CON to worry about this, even on Thursday.

This. You want me to leave the con grounds, pay a lot to do it, and essentially is just another night time dance event that we have each night already? LOL, k.
