New way to join the forum: Email me and I will add you manually

Hey, due to spam bots being a perpetual problem, I am going to just add new people to the forum manually. 
If anyone is trying to join the forum, they can email me, at my gmail address, send me a text message, if email, the first part of my email is kpdezend. 

Hopefully this will make things better.

FWIW, 100% of the people who have emailed me asking to join the forum have been added right away.

For what it is worth, you are 4 versions behind in SMF releases.

Additionally, using the combination of bad behavior+httpbl mod and stop spammer mod, plus the questions feature which is part of core (set up 30 questions, ask 2 of any registration)

Thanks Kindred!  I did have a bunch of questions set up, but spammers seemed to get through anyway. We also have a few mods on the forum that may not be comparability with upgrades, but you make a good point. Will check it out.
