The food court itself is open very late, although most of the vendors in it do shutter by 10:00 or 11:00. The Dairy Queen near the skybridge to the Hyatt is open until 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. There's also a little gyros place over near the Sheraton that stays open until about 2:00 a.m. most of the weekend.

This tip wont really apply to the OP, i don't think, since they are staying further out, but just in case others find it useful...

One of the biggest cost cutting opportunities ive found is parking.   If you are staying at or near the main hotels, the the hotel parking/valet is obviously expensive, as are the adjacent surface street lots and parking decks.   If you drive a few blocks away (five points for example, bout a mile south of the con)  you can generally find parking at closer to 6 dollars a day weekend rates, rather than the 25+ per day event rates that the closer lots charge.   Downside is you have to walk a mile or 2 each day to "feed the meter".  Another option if you don't need/want easy access to you car would be to park at a marta station in long term parking and ride the train back to peachtree center to the hotel area.   I believe the rates are also 5 dollars a day, but its set it and forget, rather than having to get a new ticket every morning.

If you are really tight on money, you may could try parking at one of the further-out host hotels, assuming they have open/free parking lots and take a shuttle bus to con.   This one, however carries some obvious risk, though, of being found to not be a guest and having your car towed, but its probably pretty minimal since i doubt many congoers cars will move much the whole weekend, and youll blend in pretty well.
